The objective of this brief was to develop a brand and visual identity for two new groups represented by Michael Chugg Management. The marketing strategy was to then pitch these bands to advertising agencies to promote their music for sound tacks and advertisements. The strategy was soft-release of the band to creatives and then later to the general public. Brandeluxe are the collaboration of Sean Lowry (Ex Def-FX) and Rob Taylor (Whitlams producer).

I developed a range of logos for the band that was modern and linear, the contrast between the slim modernist fonts helps to break up the words 'brand' and 'deluxe'. The images are from a recent collection of artwork produced by one of the collaborators and these are large 4ft x 5ft paintings derivative of logos we see every day. The negative space between these images helps drive you to the logo.

With Atomica, Rob Taylor's band, we developed a CD cover for the single release '49 flavours' the songs sleazy undertones were contrast with the candy colours we used on the cover.
