Bentons Real Estate agents was estabilshed since 1907 in Annandale in Sydney. They have over 95 years of service in the Annandale and Glebe areas of Sydney. As part of this brief, Zzarg was engaged to design a website and train the Bentons staff on the uploading and management of content across their new site.

The next brief was to design a series of direct mail pieces that would drive people to use their services to market ad sell a property in the area. We chose 3 motivating offers that would differentiate the Benton's more personal service from their competitors. The offers consisted of after hours valuations, $500 towards moving costs, a case of champagne upon sale.
